iPhone Finally Selling In China, But Without WiFi

Apple's (AAPL) iPhone is finally selling in China legally today. It's available in 2,000 stores around the country, according to the AP.
There's just one hitch. It doesn't have WiFi. China had a ban on WiFi enabled devices, which it lifted after phones were already being manufactured says 9 to 5 Mac.

On2 Settles Lawsuits Holding Back Its Acquisition By Google

On2 (ONT) announced a settlement today in the litigation that resulted from Google's (GOOG) planned acquisition of the video software firm.
There were five class action lawsuits brought against the company in relation to Google buying the company for $106.5 million, or $0.60 a share.
