On2 Settles Lawsuits Holding Back Its Acquisition By Google

On2 (ONT) announced a settlement today in the litigation that resulted from Google's (GOOG) planned acquisition of the video software firm. There were five class action lawsuits brought against the company in relation to Google buying the company for $106.5 million, or $0.60 a share.Discussion Type: Discussion on News
